The customer (you) undertakes to use this online purchase service for Paulus Miniatures (hereinafter PM), respecting the applicable Portuguese legislation in force and the terms contained herein, subject to unnanounced change.
The customer is considered a final consumer and is therefore obliged to pay VAT in accordance with European legislation, in addition to shipping costs and any customs charges, particularly for countries outsider the European Union.
PM is headquartered at Rua Aldeamento das Encostas 59, 2775-762 Carcavelos, Portugal, and the resolution of any disputes is covered by the District of Lisbon.

If you wish to return a product you have purchased to PM, you must communicate your intention and reason by email within a maximum period of 14 days after the date of purchase, ensure that it is in the original packaging, untouched and accompanied vy the respective proof of purchase. You will be refunded or exchanged for a product of equivalent value, but the return costs will be your responsibility, including any customs fees. In the case of a damaged product, PM bears the return shipping costs.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and you can always expect from PM a correct, afable and honest treatment, which we hope will be reciprocated. All products and content on the website are and remain the intellectual property of PM and we appreciate that this is respected, and their exploitation, redistribution and partial or total reproduction is not authorized without express consent.
We are a new company whose production is very manual and requires great attention to detail. We do not have an inexhaustible stock, so if you want a product that is temporarily unavailable, we will take your wish into consideration and supply it as soon as possible.
Delivery times vary according to the mode of transport chosen and may suffer delays that PM is not responsible for, such as festive dates or customs procedures.
PM chose to build a system that does not require the creation of a permanent customer profile on the website. Thus, on our part you will have no problems with spam or managing passwords. However, each time you make a purchase,you will need to provide basic information for billing and shipping.
PM needs some essential personal data to be able to process orders, given the requirements of formalities such as the electronic customs declaration, mandatory for the extra-community area, which must be filled in with a valid name, address, email and telephone number.
